Overview

This Journey Map came out of a two-day California Convergence Conference, June 1-2, 2008, in Sacramento, California. During this conference, participants worked together to develop a vision for action, identify common policy focus areas, and forge commitments for working together to improve food and physical activity environments. These are reflected on the Journey Map below.

This map is an evolving tool. Additional maps reflecting the vision and action planning for each policy arena will be posted to this site as they become available.
