The new, interactive California Convergence web map now includes 80 California Convergence member profiles. Find contact information, and detailed responses relating to policy and environmental change strategies to promote healthy eating and active living.    

Launched on October 31, nationwide, the new interactive mapping system - powered by Community Commons - now provides data on CAC members -- as well as hundreds of place-based, multi-sector, equity-focused policy and environmental change initiatives in California and across the U.S. CAC members with e-Profiles can access thousands of GIS data layers and tools for analysis.

The map and e-Profiles are powered by Community Commons, as an in-kind contribution to California Convergence from the IP3 nonprofit (co-founded by the Missouri Center for applied Research and Environmental Systems - CARES - and Community Initiatives).

This innovative web-based tool is a dynamic system that can provide tools for community collaboratives to share information and create a collective voice for change.
